    Simply no complaints whatsoever, really really nice stay. Spotless, fashionable units provided with shower, tidy beds, for instance. Competent and decent staff, stunning location on mini buses.

    Couples looking for a romantic escape will love this place

    I remember lounging by the pool, feeling totally at ease while the staff brought us fresh fruit every afternoon. The breakfast with a wide selection, including champagne, was just something else.

    It wasn't cheap but for the experience, I'd say it was still reasonable.

    Great location in the middle of town but still very quiet. Rooms are huge and the bed was too comfortable. The staff speaks good English and was always very helpful. The pool is huge and has a nice depth. Breakfast was amazing - huge selection and very good quality. The resort is great for couples and groups of all ages. Not suitable for families. We did not want to leave!

    The price is already high for Thailand.

    Very nice hotel with great pool.

    Hotel has no direct / own access to the beach. The beach in 175 m is nice but with little shade and no beach chairs or umbrellas (rental possible). Two own beach clubs with shuttle transfer are available and very nice, but it is a bit limited.

    Twinpalms surin phuket resort is a fine spot for a romantic getaway. The pool area is lovely and peaceful, and the breakfast is awesome. We loved the excellent service-we reminded me of royalty. The setting is perfect for watching the sun bid farewell to the day.

    The location is fantastic. With the swimming pool and the beach club, no need to leave the hotel. Food is great.

    The service (staff) is very very poor. Even in low season, when the hotel is almost empty, service is more than slow and you need to ask many times and repeat your orders.
